possibilities
Everyone has positive and negative events that affect who we become as adults. As much as we want to believe we are uniquely put on this earth for a purpose, most of us lose the drive that keeps our authentic selves buoyed to the surface. Without us even knowing it, we get pulled into other people's expectations, experiencing "big T and little t" traumas that fire up autonomic responses of survival, leaving us trapped and unfulfilled.
World renowned Zen teacher, Thich Nhat Hanh, taught of transforming fear into clarity: “Worries of past and the anxiety of the future disappear as we discover the power of the present moment. Not only are we able to handle challenging autonomic emotions as they arise, but we can summon feelings of well-being and contentment, no matter what the unknown may bring. Rooted in the moment, we have the capacity to restore balance and happiness and be present with what is beautiful and affirming inside us and around us.”
Personally, it's hard to imagine my own life unfolding any differently than it did given its trajectory. I started adulthood following the path of least resistance, believing it was the best way, the only way. And like many of us, my life eventually began to shape-shift into the lives of those around me, leaving me feeling empty. Each predictable relationship or job eventually dissolved and, once again, I felt hopeless, fearful, and unseen. Along my journey I discovered the feeling of being reattached to my core when I challenged myself through an adventure: experiencing the depth of who I could be while allowing curiosity and tenacity to breathe clarity and purpose into my being. Each adventurous pursuit subtly mentored me into a growth pattern of courage and genuine peace. Leaning into an unknown experience has revealed that I am capable of accomplishing the goals I set. Each practice of being intentionally present has renewed my soul and brought peace back into my life.
This is my story. Your personal story has so many different twists and turns, yet the common thread is the search for being fully present for ourselves and those in our lives whom we love. Honestly, along my journey it would've been exceedingly easier if I had a coach along each of my journeys. Someone who walked with me through the sticking points, applauding and encouraging me when I wanted to quit. Though each of our self-discovery journeys are unique, I would love to help you discover your own bravery. To dig into your potential and transform your life. This is your opportunity to have a friend and coach who will come along side you for the sole purpose of discovering your best life and possibly experiencing the adventure of your dreams along the way!

discovery
“20 years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” —Mark Twain

internal drive
In each of our lives, we can begin to move into our authentic self by choosing to do the scary bits that we previously couldn't face. Every day we awaken with the opportunity to take one step towards our goal. That movement in our journey begins to set in motion a life beyond our wildest dreams! Therein lies the secret to being truly free and at peace with ourselves.
